An 18-passenger party bus rental costs between $150 and $300 per hour on weekdays, and $150 to $320+ per hour on weekends. Full-day packages range from $1,000 to $2,200 or more, depending on the length of your event and how far you’ll be traveling. Final prices are determined by the exact number of hours you need, the pickup and drop-off locations, and any additional services required such as overnight accommodations for the driver. Your quote includes gratuity but does not cover parking fees, tolls, or hotel stays for the driver on multi-day trips. In Rio Rancho, high demand periods include spring break, graduation weekends at UNM and NMSU, summer concert series at Sandia Resort, Balloon Fiesta week, and holiday party season from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Eve. Last-minute reservations are possible if we have availability, but you’ll get the best selection and pricing by securing your vehicle early. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due prior to departure.
